Cancellation Policy

We start work on your gift as soon as your order is placed, so cancellation windows are short.

When you can cancel

• Within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not entered production.
• Non-personalized items: until the order is marked "Dispatched".

When you cannot cancel

• Personalized items where production has begun.
• Orders already dispatched.
